Adoracion " Dorie" Pineda  , formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 24th at Jersey City Medical, Jersey City, she was 71 years old.  Dorie was Born and raised in Batangas City, Philippines and made her way to Brooklyn, NY in 1986. She was a beloved wife to Leone Pineda of 51yrs, a loving mother to his late son Michael,  son Marlone  and his wife Rochie, daughter Mariedor and daughter Marietta and her husband Eric.  Dorie was a loving and amazing grandmother to her 11 grandchildren Aaron, Mikaela, Rhiana, Jayden, Jared, Sydney, Latham, Berkeley, Madison, Ryan and Tyler. She dedicated her retirement years to loving and taking care of her grandchildren and other family. Surviving Dorie are her siblings, her many other family members and dear friends both here and in the Philippines.

A Visitation will be held from 5-8PM on Friday March 26th, at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with a prayer service to be celebrated during the visit.  A private cremation will follow. In lieu of any flowers, t he family requests that donations be made in Dorie's memory to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, with a link that can be found to the left of this page.
