Albert B. Panfile, 78, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 24, 2016 with his loving family by his side. Albert served with the NJ National Guard and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid bowler for many years and a member of the Bayonne Bocce Club. Albert was also a Bayonne Little League Coach and an active member of St. Andrew's Parish, where he was President of the Home School Association and Committee Chair of the Cub Scouts. During his life, Albert worked for Yellow Freight, Int. and the NJ Turnpike, from which he retired in 2004. He was the devoted husband to the late Mary (nee: Boyle) Panfile and loving father to Albert and wife Patty Panfile, Patti Panfile, Kay Romano and Beth Panfile. He was also the beloved grandfather to Matthew, Daniel, Andrew and David Panfile and Ronnie Romano. Albert was pre-deceased by his brother Patrick. Visitation is Friday, October 28, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.). A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew's Church, 145 Broadway, followed by a prayer service at Rosehill Crematory, Linden, NJ.
