VARELA, Angela M., 51, of Kearny, passed away peacefully on July 13th at the Samaritan Hospice at Virtua Hospital in Mount Holly, NJ.  Angela worked as an Export Coordinator for American Export Lines in Newark, NJ. Angela was a devoted Yankee fan and enjoyed Elton John and his music. She was a devoted daughter to Joaquin Jr. and Josephine (nee:Marchitto) Varela, a loving mother to Alexandria Castillo and her husband Luis and to Daniella Castillo. A dear sister to Jason Varela and his wife Tammy, Joaquin III and his wife Michelle, and to Jaqueline DeSanto and her husband Andrew.  Angela was also a dear niece to Joseph Marchitto and his wife Bonnie Beck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday July 15th from 5:00 to 9:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd at 33rd), Bayonne. A prayer service will be offered on Tuesday July 16th at 9:30am at the funeral home. Cremation to follow at Rosehill Crematory.
