SERPE, Angelina R. (nee: Luberti), 97, lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13th at the Bayonne Medical Center. Angelina worked for Conmar Co. in Bayonne and Newark, NJ for 32 years before retiring. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting, trips to Atlantic City, summers in Ocean Grove and trips to Monmouth Park. But most of all she enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time together with them. Angelina was the beloved wife to the late Anthony Valentine Serpe, loving sister to Mary Cuomo (Luberti). Dear sister in law to Albert P. Petulla, and Lois Luberti. Angelina was also a cherished aunt to Anthony Liberto and his wife the late Doris Liberto (Cole), Ralph Cuomo and his wife Kathy, James Cuomo, Nancy Miller-Cuomo and her husband Randy, Bartholomew Cuomo, Andrew Cuomo, the late Peter Cuomo and his wife Jennifer, Michael and Wendy Luberti, Joseph Petulla and his fiancé Anna Mari, and the late Albert Petulla and his wife Helen. She was also survived by 18 great nieces and great nephews. Angelina was also predeceased by her parents Giacomo and Nunziata (nee: Esposito) Luberti, her siblings Gilbert (George), Henry, Michael, Anniello (Neil), Anne (Nina) (Luberti) and her husband Pat Liberto. and Fiore (Florence) (Luberti) Petulla. Visitation will be Sunday March 15th, from 3:00 to 7:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd) Bayonne. A mass will be offered Monday March 16th at 10:30am at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Bayonne, with family and friends gathering at the funeral home by 9:30am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
