FERRARA , Angelo M. (Hippo), 90, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away on  Thursday October 6th at the St. Ann's Home in Jersey City. He was a Korean War Veteran and was a member of the American Legion and Catholic War Veterans Post 1612. Angelo was a long time employee of Ferrara Drugs, Jersey City. He is survived by his brothers Joseph, and Patrick (Buddy), his sisters Madeline Iazzetta and Anne Ferrara . Also survived by his loving nieces and nephews Vincent Iazzetta , Lynne Iazzetta , Rosemarie Iazzetta , Debbie Antczak , Jeannine Mohan, Patrick Ferrara , and Linde Pinto, and his special friend Joanne E. Kosakowski . Angelo was predeceased by his parents Ralph and Rose (nee: Manno ) Ferrara , his brothers Anthony and Mark, and his sister Mary.

Visitation  will be held today Friday October 7th, from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd), Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Saturday October 8th at 10:45am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.  Family and friends are welcomed at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 9:45am.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Angelo's memory to St. Henry's Church Restoration Fund.
