Capodice, Anita (nee: Garofalo) - of Bayonne passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday, November 26th she was 91 years old. Born in Palermo, Italy, Anita was a devoted homemaker and mother and was the cherished wife of Salvatore "Sam" Capodice and the loving mother to Rosalie Bedkowski and her late husband Joseph, Joseph Capodice and his wife Charlene, Peter Capodice and Roe Capodice Macaluso. Anita was the loving grandmother to Joette Mongiello and her husband Thomas, Adriane Bedkowski-Riccio and her husband Joseph, Jillian Trader and her husband John, Daniel Capodice, Amanda Silecchia and her husband Joey and Kristin and Ryan Macaluso. She was also great grandmother to Sophia Riccio, Joseph and Jacob Mongiello and Gabriella Silecchia. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 28th from 2-4 PM and again from 7-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday November 29th at 9:30 AM at Assumption Church, 91 W. 23rd St. in Bayonne with entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
