Towarewicz, Anna (nee: Cennimo) - formerly of Bayonne, passed away in Drexel-Hill PA on Thursday April 4 2013, she was 80. Anna was the devoted wife to the late Bernard Towarewicz and the loving mother to Irene Taraborrelli and her husband Joseph. Anna was also granmother to Joseph Jr., Grace and Maria Taraborelli and is survived by her siblings John (Bianca), Matilda Palazzo and Vincenza Scaglione (Joseph). Anna was a Character with a capital "C," she was known as much for her red hair as she was for her sense of humor and salty talk. She loved to share a good story with her family and friends of which she had many and she was always there to lend a listening ear to anyone who needed one. She was absolutely devoted to her grandchildren, and they to her. She loved Bayonne and grew to love Drexel Hill as much. She was a master bowler, did word searches until she finished the whole book, played the lottery like it was a religion and learned to play a wicked game of Apples to Apples. She will be missed but spoken about often. A visitation will be held on Sunday April 7th from 5-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Monday at 10:30 Am at Assumption Church, 21 W. 23rd St in Bayonne with a private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in honor of Anna's grandchildren to Bethany EPC Church Youth.
