Anthony F. "Butchie" Valiante – a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Monday March 16 ^th 2020, he was 76.  Anthony was a proud veteran of The US Army Reserves and a former supervisor at Tropicana Warehouses in Jersey City before retiring.   He was the devoted husband to Joan (nee: Stanger) Valiante and the beloved father to Colette Duprex, Scott Duprex (Dawn), Jeff Duprex, Tara Hanley (Dennis), Jill Largmann (Craig) & Dana McCarthy (John) and the loving grandfather to: Dylan, Thomas & Brett Tusinac; Ava, Layla & Farrah Duprex; Matthew & Michael Largmann; Michael & Lily Hanley; Sofia Asia and Victoria McCarthy.  Anthony was pre-deceased by his parents Fred & Josephine (nee: Cuseglio) Valiante & his brother-in-law Terence Nolan and surviving him are his sister Sophia "Bunny" Nolan, his nieces/nephews Mark, Laura, Scott & David Nolan and a host of other loving family members and close friends.  Due to recent health concerns, all services held were private, but a celebration of Anthony's life will be later at a date to be determined.  In lieu of any flowers, the family requests donations be made in Anthony's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital with a link that can be found on his obituary page at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com .
