PATTI, Apollonia (nee:Ciancimino), 79, of Bayonne passed away peacefully on Monday July 26th at the Bayonne Medical Center. Apollonia was a chef and the original owner/operator of Mama Rosa's Italian Restaurant in Bayonne.  She was a beloved wife to Frank, a loving mother to John Vincent, and a cherished grandmother to Isabella and Dominique. She was a dear sister to Salvatore Ciancimino, Nick Greco, Maria Palmiero and Josephine Ciancimino. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Apollonia was predeceased by her parentsVincenzo and Apollonia Ciancimino, and her brother Benny Ciancimino.

All services are private. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered for Apollonia on Friday July 30that 10:45am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne. Entombment to follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, NJ. All are welcomed to attend the mass.
