Arthur A. Vatalaro – of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Thursday January 5 ^th 2023, he was 87.  Born in New York City, Arthur proudly served his country in the US Air Force for four years, he was an active member of The American Legion Bayonne Post 19 and also worked as a Supervisor for the NJ Turnpike for many years before retiring.  He was the devoted husband to the late Camille Ann (nee: Brancatella) Vatalaro the beloved father to Joseph Vatalaro, Roseann Lambdin and her late husband Michael and to Barbara Ann Pashkevich and her husband Alex; and the cherished uncle to Edmund Vatalaro and wife Maureen and to James Vatalaro and wife Tara: Arthur was also the great uncle to his 5 Loving great nieces.  Arthur was pre-deceased by his siblings Joseph Vatalaro Jr. and Mary Ann Buckley and surviving him is a host of other loving family and dear friends.  Visitation will be Monday January 9 ^th from 4-8PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:45AM on Tuesday January 10 ^th at St. Henry's Church in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9:30AM.  Entombment with military honors will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum in N.
