PIAZZA, Barbara Ann, 58, passed away at Jersey City Medical Center on Sunday July 24th, 2011. Born on September 17th, 1952, she was the beloved daughter of Doris Sherry. Barbara was known for her fun, loving, and great laugh. She was the most determined, strong, and courageous woman that we will ever know and she will be truly missed. She had a lifetime of love and support from her friends and family and even though she went through numerous health battles, Barbara always defeated the odds. She was the devoted wife of Andrew Piazza, and devoted mother of Dawn Sherry-Vitale, and to her son in law Edward Vitale, John Sherry (deceased), Josephine Serafin and Junior Miranda.. She was the beloved grandmother of Jonathan and Savanna Vitale. She was the sister of Doris Sherry (deceased), Priscilla Czwerkinski, Sharon Sherry, Dennis Sherry, Michael Killmer, Sandra Killmer and James Sherry (deceased). Visitation will be Wednesday July 27th from 7:00-9:00pm and on Thursday July 28th from 4:00-8:00pm, at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Friday July 29th at 9:45am at St. Andrew's Church, Bayonne. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
