Barone, Carmela (nee: Bottino) - of Bayonne passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday April 14th, she was 95 years old. Carmela was born in Naples Italy and immigrated to Bayonne when she was four. She worked in a munitions factory during the Korean War, was a cosmetologist for many years, an antiques enthusiast and an avid member of the Exxon Annuitants Club. Carmela was the devoted wife to the late Frank Narcisi, then to the late Tony Barone and also to the late Jimmy Cordaro. She is the beloved mother of Blasé Narcisi, Vincent Narcisi and his wife Vanessa, Anthony Barone and his wife Alexandra, Christina Brennan, Georgina Vastola and her husband Michael and Mary Barone Bencivengo and her husband David. She was the loving grandmother to Carmine and his wife Thidarak, Gina and her husband David, Angela and her husband Kevin, Andrew and his wife Diana, Terry, Dominick, Michael, Danny, Gregory, Alana, Chloe and Lea as well as great grandmother to Kayleigh, Georgina, Gabriel, Jidapha, John, Grace, Kevin, Julia and Jackson. Her sisters Mary Reilly and Barbara La Bua and her sister-in-law Elaine Bottino as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins, survive Carmela. She was pre-deceased by her brother Vincent Bottino as well as her sister Nancy Lieto and her husband Ralph, brother in laws Charles La Bua and Miles Reilly and son-in-law Jim Brennan. A visitation will be held on Tuesday April 17th from 2-4 PM and again from 7-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Wednesday April 18th at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 91 W. 23rd St. in Bayonne with internment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
