LaBruno, Carmen Jr. - a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 27th 2013, he was one week shy of his 79th birthday. Carmen was the devoted husband to Lucy (nee: Marinelli) and the loving father to Karen Jacot and her husband Mark and to Lucy Kataryniak and her husband Mark. Carmen was also the beloved grandfather to Mark and Tracy Jacot and to Matthew, Nicholas and Thomas Kataryniak. Carmen is survived by his brother Joseph La Bruno and his wife Betty, his sisters in law Jean, Marge and Joan LaBruno as well a many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Carmen was pre-deceased by his other brothers Domenic, Peter and Sam and his sister Carmella Liguori and her husband Frank. A visitation will be held on Monday April 1st from 4-8 PM from Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday April 2nd at 9:30 AM at St. Andrew's Church, 125 Broadway in Bayonne with interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
