LEFANTO, Carol (nee:Lambert) 93, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at the Bayonne Medical Center on Wednesday September 15th. Carol worked as a file clerk for National Cold Storage in Jersey City for many years before retiring. She was a beloved wife to the late John Lefanto, a loving mother to John Lefanto, Gail Scarfone (nee: Lambert), and her husband the late Ralph Scarfone, and to the late Joseph Lefanto. A cherished grandmother to Christopher John, Amy and Joseph Lefanto. Carol was predeceased by her parents Harold and Clara Lambert. Carol will be laid to rest with her late husband John today at 10:30am at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City. A prayer service will be offered for her at the cemetery.
