CESIRA FISCHIONI, (nee: D'Azzena) of Bayonne passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 12th. Cesira was born in Plainfield, NJ and lived in Bayonne for 57 years. She worked as a teacher in both Italy and Bayonne, where she taught Italian at Marist High School.

She was a devoted wife to the late Guido Fischioni for 59 years. She is survived by her loving sons, Alfredo and Riccardo, and their respective wives, Lydia and Josephine; her cherished grandchildren, Olivia, Matthew, Gianluca, and Luisa; her fond niece Maria 'Rossana' and her husband James Hughes. Cesira was pre-deceased by her siblings Carmela "Melina" Tagliarino, Clorinda "Clara" D'Azzena, and Amalia Trivelloni.

Visitation for Cesira will be held on Monday, April 21st, from 6-9 p.m. at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Boulevard, Bayonne. Entombment will be on Tuesday, April 22nd, at noon at Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington. All those attending the committal service are asked to meet directly by the cemetery office until the hearse arrives, to be escorted to the chapel.
