Charla Mae Larkin formerly of Jersey City, passed away at her home in Roebling, New Jersey on Thursday February 25, 2021, she was 85 years old.  Charla devoted her life to her children.  It was the boundless love that she had for her family that moved her to work for the Division of Youth and Family Service and serve the needs of hundreds of children.

Charla was the beloved mother of Darlene Shankle, Karen (Gordon) Miles, Alease Larkin, Donna Rawls, Robin (Michael) Harris, Tammy Larkin, David (Cheryl) Larkin, Kelly (Curtis) Barnes, Michele Eriksson, Alexander Larkin and Lauren Lugo. She leaves behind her only brother Samuel Brown and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nephews and cousins as well as friends and loved ones around the world.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a funeral service to begin at 12:00 p.m. at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne, New Jersey with interment to follow at 1:45PM at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road in Paramus, New Jersey.
