Charles Ives - of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at his residence with his loving family by his side on Thursday February 2nd 2023,  he was 71.  Born in Scranton PA, Charles worked as a delivery driver for many years before his retirement.  He was the devoted husband to Helen (nee: Egnatowicz) Ives, the beloved father to James Besta and wife Mary & Charles Ives and fiance Amy, and the cherished grandfather to Anthony & Jordynn Besta and to Charles & Naomi Ives.   Charles was pre-deceased by his parents Samuel and Ann (nee: Hughes), his brother "Butchie" Ives and surviving him are his brother Barry Ives and wife Betty, and a whole host of other loving family members and dear friends.  There will be a visitation for Charles on Sunday February 5th from 2-6PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  A Private Cremation will follow.  In lieu of any flowers the family requests that you honor Charles by. planting a tree in his memory which can be done by clicking the "Plant a Tree" tab on this webpage.
