Cheryl McIntyre, 73, of Bayonne, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026. Born on April 9, 1953, Cheryl was born and raised in Newark, NJ. Though she spent the last 10 years living in Bayonne, it was Newark where she spent and truly enjoyed most of her life.

Cheryl worked for KnowledgePoint360, a medical and healthcare communications firm for over 20 years. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend who will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

Cheryl was predeceased by her mother, Shirley McIntyre, and her adored grandson, Jahlil Brown. She is survived by her son, Altermah McIntyre; her daughter, Natasha (Jason) Ives; her grandchildren, CheyAnn Bullock and Bree Ives; and an abundance of cherished family and friends.

No public services will be held. Cremation will be private.
