Cira Ficarrotta (nee: Cannella) - of Bayonne passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Friday July 18th 2014, she was 87. Born in Marineo Sicily, Cira was the devoted wife to Vincenzo and the loving sister to Carmello Cannella and wife Cira and to Santa Cannella and the late Rosa Orobello. Surviving Cira are niece Giuseppina Narcisi and Anna Orobello, nephew Salvatore Narcisi and wife Christina, Salvatore Orobello, Antonino, Pino & Franco Cannella and great nephew Antonio Narcisi. In-laws Vito Narcisi and wife Angela and Maria Ficarrotta and cousins Maddalena Alessi, Santina Mangano and Charlie & Peter Benanti and a host of others both here and in Italy. Visitation will be Sunday July 20th from 4-8 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral service will be conducted from Migliaccio's beginning at 9:30 am with a funeral mass at Assumption Church commencing at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
