Domenica "Mae" Gironda (nee: Barbarise) – 91, a lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away peacefully at her residence with her loving family by her side on Monday January 29th 2018.   Domenica was the devoted wife to Dominick Gironda and beloved mother to Joseph A. Gironda, Vincent Gironda and wife Janice and Philomena Coyle and husband Michael.  She was cherished grandmother to Michael Gironda and fiancé Nicole, Stephanie Vissichelli and husband Eric, Christopher, David & Patrick Gironda and to Christina & Michael Coyle and great grandmother to Juliana Vissichelli.  Domenica was pre-deceased by her siblings; John, Anthony, Patrick & Carmen Barbarise and Louise Sagos and surviving her are a host of other loving family members and dear friends.  Visitation is Thursday February 1st from 5-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday February 2nd at 10:45 AM at St. Henry's Church, 645 Avenue C in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9:30 AM.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.  In lieu of flowers please donate in Domenica's memory to The American Heart Assoc. with envelopes at the funeral home or with a link at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com.
