Domenico Megale – of Bayonne passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday October 16th 2018, he was 73.  Born in Arena, Italy, Domenico served in the Italian Military, loved soccer, was an avid coin collector and a fan of Westerns. Domenico was the devoted husband to Mary (nee: Tarzia) Megale and the beloved father to Michelina Thornton and her husband Benjamin and to Gabriel Megale and his partner Cynthia Matulewicz. Domenico was also the cherished grandfather to Kether, Isaiah & Kaylah Thornton.  He was pre-deceased by his siblings Teresa Gentile and husband Angelo, Michele Megale, and his brother in-law Anthony Giannone.  Surviving Domenico are his brother Frank Megale and wife Raffaela, sisters Annina Sette and husband Frank and Antoinette Giannone, as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and dear friends. Visitation will be Friday October 19th from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rdSt.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Saturday October 20that St. Vincent's Church in Bayonne, with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 10AM.  Entombment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery/Mausoleum in Jersey City.
