SAPP, Doris, (nee:Massa) 67, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Thursday May 23rd at St Luke's Hospital, in Cornwall, NY. Doris worked as a Coach Cleaner for New Jersey Transit for many years before retiring. She was a beloved wife to the late James R., a loving mother to Richard and his wife Barbara, and Traci Laffin and her husband Tim. Dear sister to Maureen (Paul) Bonczkowski, Toni (Richie) Fonti, and Maryann (Jimmy) Maitner. Cherished grandmother to Sydnee Ferretti, Tyler Sapp and Sawyer Laffin. Beloved aunt and godmother to Richard Paul and his wife Jenny, also aunt to Paula (Brian) Rudolph, and Francine (life partner Jesse) Bonczkowski. Great aunt to Cassie, Becky, Matthew, Brendan, and Lauren. Stepmother to Joi Browne. Doris was also predeceased by her parents Francis and Frances (nee:Williams) Massa. Doris lived life to the fullest and was loved by many people. Visitation will be Sunday May 26th from 5:00 to 7:00pm and on Monday, May 27th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd), Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Tuesday May 28th at 10:30am at St. Michael's Church, Bayonne. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers donations in Doris's memory may be made to the family. Envelopes provided at the funeral home.
