MORETON, Dorothy, (nee:Callas), 85, lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 11th at the Bayonne Medical Center. Dorothy worked as a Manager for Specialty Products in Jersey City, prior to retiring. She was a beloved wife to the late John Moreton, a loving mother to Robert Moreton and his wife Hiromi, and to Michael Moreton. A cherished grandmother to Christopher Moreton, and a dear sister to Pauline Tobey and Mary Butera. Dorothy was also predeceased by her parents John and Martha (nee:Stiegler) Callas, her brothers John and Richard Callas and her sister Martha Connolly.
Visitation will be held on Thursday June 13th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd St.) Bayonne. A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home on Friday June 14th, at 11:45am, with family and friends welcomed beginning at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
