Edward E. Timoldi Jr. -  a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at Bayonne Medical Center on Wednesday December 17th 2025, he was 99.  Edward served his country proudly as a US Marine during WWII and later continued serving his community as a police officer where he worked as a Hudson County Sheriff until his retirement.  Edward was the loving Uncle to Barbara Heichel and the cherished Great Uncle to Kenneth & Brian Heichel and to Danette Herrera.  Edward was pre-deceased by his parents Esther (nee; Paglia) & Edward E. Timoldi Sr. and his siblings Daniel Timoldi & Evelyn Kubert and surviving him are his special friend Katherine Benedetto and her daughters Victoria & Alexandria, as  well as a host of other loving family members and dear friends. There will be a visitation and prayer service held for Edward on Tuesday December 23rd from 11AM - 12PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with interment with full Military Honors will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia. NJ.
