VULCANO, Elaine, (nee:Bernhard),80, of Bayonne passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday September 1st. Elaine worked as a billing manager  in the Accounts Payable Department before retiring. She was a beloved wife to the late Joseph, a loving mother to daughters Dawn and Kim and son Joseph and their significant others Douglas Sisk, Juan P. Martinez, and Katie Kinney. A cherished grandmother to Gianna and Gabriella; daughters of Victoria Vulcano. A dear sister to William Bernhard and his wife Holly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and her long time friends Noreen and Rene. Elaine was also predeceased by her parents William and Sylvia (nee:Hymes) Bernhard and her brother Thomas Bernhard. Visitation will be held on Thursday September 3rd from 4:00-8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd St.), Bayonne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday September 4th at 11:00am at Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish at St. Andrew's Church, Bayonne. Entombment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery, in Union. Family and friends are welcomed to the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:00am , prior to mass. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Elaine Vulcano's memory with a designation to Neuro Institute at Saint Barnabas Medical Center.
