Elizabeth M. Versacio – a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by loving family on Monday November 30, 2020, she was 85.  Elizabeth was an avid parishioner of St. Michael's Parish in Jersey City and worked for The Jersey City Board of Education as a teacher's aide for many years before retiring.  She was the beloved sister to Theodore Versacio Jr. (Karen), Marie Mack (Tony), Josephine Versacio, Stella Ruben (Mike) and Ann Schrumpf (the late Lou).  Elizabeth was pre-deceased by her other siblings Anthony Versacio (Joan), Frank Versacio (Frances), Frances Lavorato (Rocco), Theresa Russo (Michael), Rose Lamolino (Charles) & Carmella Gizzi (Peter) and surviving her is a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.  Visitation will be held on Friday December 4 ^th from 2-7PM at Migliacco Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33 ^rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 5 ^th at 10:30AM at St. Michael's Parish, 252 9 ^th St. in Jersey City, with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9AM.
