Filomena Merowchek (nee: Presepe) - formerly of Bayonne, passed away peacefully near her home in Little Egg Harbor, NJ she was 81 years old. Filomena was the devoted wife of the late Anthony Merowchek and the loving mother to Patrice Bentley and her husband Anthony, Geraldine Melchionne and her husband Robert and Laurie Gannon and her husband Gary. Filomena was also the cherished grandmother to Christopher, Diana and Anthony Bentley Jr. and to Justin and Laurie Melchionne. She was pre-deceased by her parents Pelligrino and Amelia and her siblings Pelligrino Jr., John, Cuneo and Rachel Presepe. There will be no visitation and a private entombment ceremony will be held on Monday, January 28th at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
