Florence Suzette McNerney (nee: Pohle) – passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday January 15th 2017, she was 91. Born in Bayonne, Florence was a member of The Young at Heart Seniors Club and the devoted wife to the late William McNereny. Florence was also the beloved mother to Patricia McNerney and to Raymond McNerney and his wife Maryann and was loving grandmother to Sean McNerney. She was pre-deceased by her siblings and in-laws Howard Pohle (Laura), Helen Bohl (Walter), Clara Fjeld (David) and Chester Yurek and surviving her is her sister Emily Yurek and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousin and friends. Visitation is Tuesday January 17th from 2-4 and again from 7-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A Prayer service will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday January 18th from 10 – 11 AM at the funeral home with interment to follow immediately afterwards at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cusack Care Center in Jersey City, so they may continue to provide the expert and compassionate care that Florence herself received.
