WISE, Frances, (nee: Ryan) 90, of Bayonne, formerly of Hoboken and Jersey City passed away peacefully at the Bayonne Medical Center on Tuesday February 7th. Frances worked for the West Vaco Company and also for the Jersey City Board of Education as a lunch aide for ten years before retiring. She was a beloved wife to the late Nicholas Labriola. Frances was also predeceased by her parents William and Theresa (nee:Healy) Whitford, her daughter Frances and her son in law Robert Angelini, and her brothers William, Michael and Patrick Whitford. Surviving Frances are her granddaughter Patricia Angelini and her fiancé Shawn Zegular, her great children Kimberly and Ashley Johansen, Angelica Shurley, Nicholas and Shawn Zegular and Bruno Castro, her great great granddaughter Mackenzie Castro, and also her brother John Whitford and sister Theresa Whitford.

Visitation will be held on Sunday February 12th from 2:00 to 4:00 and again from 7:00 to 9:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd, (at 33rd), Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Monday February 13th at 10:45am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Family and friends are welcomed to gather at the funeral home on Monday February 13th beginning at 9:45am prior to mass.
