Francesca Vardilli (nee: Alessi) – of Bayonne passed away peacefully at her residence with loved ones by her side on Tuesday February 6

2018, she was 83. Born in San Giovanni Gemini, Italy, Francesca was an active member of the St. Ann's Society of Bayonne and was the loving wife to the late Giuseppe Vardilli. Francesca was the devoted mother to Michael Vardilli and to Giovanna Vardilli – Fernandes and her husband Fernando and she was also the beloved grandmother to Victoria Vardilli and to Jonathan Fernandes. Francesca was pre-deceased by her brother Calogero Alessi and her brother in law Vincent Virga and surviving her are her brothers Gaetano Alessi and wife Maddalena & Antonio Alessi and wife Sarah, her sisters Carmela Virga & Maria Lombino and her husband Michalangelo and a host of other loving family members and close friends both here and in Italy. Visitation is Friday February 9

St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30AM on Saturday February 10

at Mt. Carmel Church, 39 E. 22

St. in Bayonne with all welcome at the funeral home starting at 8:30AM. Entombment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
