George H. Schwichtenberg – a lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away peacefully at his residence with his loved ones by his side on Tuesday April 19 ^th 2022, he was 72.  Born in Jersey City, George was an esteemed professional accountant for many years, whose high profile clients included The NFL Management Council among others. He was the devoted husband to Dr. Donna Mercado and the beloved father to Donna Schwichtenberg-Cordano and her husband Jonathan and to Lisa Schwichtenberg.  George is survived by his two sisters Eileen Robinson and Theresa Zygmunt, as well as a host of other loving family members and dear friends.  A visitation for George will be held on Friday April 22 ^nd from 2-6PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33 ^rd St.) in Bayonne, with a prayer service to be celebrated there at 5:30PM.  A private cremation will follow.
