VORRIUS, Geraldine, (nee:Moore) 85, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday November 4th, with her family by her side. Geraldine was born in Jersey City and lived all her life in Bayonne. She worked for New Jersey Bell for 10 years, and as a communications specialist for the Military Ocean Terminal (M.O.T) for 18 years before retiring. For her enjoyment she was an avid bingo player and loved playing cards with her dear friends. She was a beloved wife to the late John T.. She was a loving mother to Mercene ,Thomas and his wife Darlene, and Barbara Vorrius, and a cherished grandmother to Thomas, Christian and Brandon Vorrius. Dear sister to Bobby and Butch Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Geraldine was predeceased by her parents Mary (nee: Perrigan) and John Clyde Moore, her two brothers John and George, and her sister Terry Jones. Services and entombment will be held today at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, U.S. Highway #1 Woodbridge, NJ. 07095.
