D'Amato, Helen Marie - (nee: Mulligan) of Bayonne, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday February 11th, she was 80 years old. A long time member of The St. Mary's Church Choir, Helen was the devoted wife of the late Angelo D'Amato and the beloved mother to daughters Patricia Boman and her husband Sean, Elizabeth Korch and her husband Charles as well as her sons William, Steven and Michael; William's wife Monika and Steven's wife Patricia. Helen was also the loving grandmother to Nicole, Jenna, Monica Black and her husband Matthew, Michael, Joseph, Bernadette, Giovanni, Nicholas, Christopher, Magdelana and Kailee. She is survived by her sisters Annabeth Campbell and Sister Dorothy Dee and her brother Luke as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Helen was pre-deceased by her brothers James Mulligan and Francis Dee and her brother in-law Thomas Campbell. Visitation will be held today Monday February 13th, from 7-9 PM and Tuesday February 14th, from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday February 15th at 10 AM at St. Mary's Stony Hill Church in Watchung, N.J. with a burial ceremony to follow at St. Mary's Stony Hill Cemetery next to the church.
