Henry Ongaro - of Palm Coast Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Friday November 14th 2014, he was 81 years old. Born in Bayonne NJ, Henry was a member of Local 29 Cement & Plasterers Union in Jersey City and was an avid NY Yankee fan with a love for Frank Sinatra. Henry was the devoted husband to Joan (nee: D'Andrea) and the loving father to John Ongaro. His brothers Eddie and Fred Ongaro and his sister Emma Carminello predeceased Henry and surviving him is a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. A visitation will be held for Henry on Tuesday November 18th and again on Wednesday November 19th both from 4-8 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A brief prayer service for Henry will be held at the funeral home during Wednesday's visit beginning promptly at 7:30 pm. Cremation to follow will be private. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Henry's memory to The Deborah Heart & Lung Center.
