James Francis Gagen – of Bayonne passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 14th 2016, he was 90 years old. Born in Jersey City, James was an avid NY Jets fan and served his country proudly in the US Navy during WWII. James was the devoted husband to the late Helen F. (nee: Wlosek) Gagen and the loving father to June Ryan and to Elaine DeHaut and her husband David. James was pre-deceased by his son Keith Gagen, his brother George Gagen Jr. and his sister Jean Borowski and her husband Edward. Surviving James is a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Visitation will be Friday December 16th from 2-4PM and again from 7-9PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:45AM on Saturday December 17th at St. Henry's Church, 82 W. 29th St. in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9:45AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
