McMahon, Joan E. (nee:Haider) of Jersey City formerly of Bayonne passed away peacefully on Monday November 28th at the St. Ann's Nursing Home, Jersey City. Joan was born in Brooklyn, NY, she live in Bayonne for 50 years before moving recently to Jersey City. Joan worked as a clerk for Hudson County for over twenty five years before retiring. She was a loving mother to Laureen McMahon and Tracy Turk and her husband Harold. Cherished grandmother to Erik Hussey, Cameron Turk, and Katie Turk. Dear sister to Karl Haider, Margaret Manzo, and Betty Ann Scerbo. Dear sister in law to Rose Cooper. Joan was predeceased by her husband Robert F., her parents Karl and Henrietta (nee:Schmidth) Haider, and her sister Mildred Oliver. Visitation will be on Thursday December 1st from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Friday December 2nd at 9:30am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne. Interment to follow at Bayview Cemetery, Jersey City.
