Joan Barbara Urciuoli – a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday October 19th 2016, she was 80.  Joan was a founding member of the Bayonne Youth Soccer Association and very active with The Bayonne Mermaids and Starfish swim clubs. Joan was the devoted wife to the late Thomas Urciuoli, loving mother to Dineen Olivera and husband Juan and Elizabeth Ruh and husband Gary and beloved grandmother to Christopher, Alexa, Ethan & Justin Ruh and to Ella, Daniel & Jason Olivera. Joan was pre-deceased by her grandchildren Thomas and Elizabeth Ruh and brother-in-law Joseph McGonigle and surviving her are sister Eileen McGonigle and a host of other loving family members and dear friends. Visitation is Monday October 24th from 5-9 at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday October 25th beginning at 9:30 AM at St. Henry's Church, 82 W. 29th St. in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 8:30 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
