Joaquin Vazquez – of Bayonne, passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side on Saturday February 27 ^th 2021, he was 77 years young.  Born in Pindo Spain, Joaquin worked as a machine operator for Conrail for many years before his retirement.  He was the devoted husband to Maria (nee: Blanco) Vazquez and the adoring father to Maria Franco and her husband Jorge and to Lisa Pronti and her husband Joseph.  Joaquin was also the beloved grandfather to David & Esteban Franco and Eliana & Leandra Pronti.  He is survived by his cherished sister Manola Louro and her husband Paulino, his brother in-law Jesus Blanco and his wife Hermelinda, many nieces and nephews, and a whole host of other loving family members and dear friends both here and in Spain.  Joaquin will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 2 ^nd from 6-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33 ^rd St.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Wednesday March 3 ^rd at St. Vincent's Church, 979 Avenue C in Bayonne, with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9AM.  Mausoleum entombment will immediately follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
