John DiDonato - 75, of Bayonne passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday May 17th 2015. Born in Naples, Italy, John was a carpenter by trade and member of The NJ Carpenter's Union for over 50 years. John was the family handyman always willing to help someone in need and always with a joke at hand. He loved cooking meals with his family and gardening. John was husband to the late Angela (nee: Caliendo) and he was the devoted companion to Maria Tobey. John was the loving father to Rosalinda DiDonato, Louis DiDonato, and Daniel DiDonato and his wife Kimberly and the beloved grandfather to Angelina and Danielle. John was pre-deceased by his brother Salvatore and surviving him are his siblings Tony & Peter DiDonato (Sheila), Concetta Guadagno (Ralph), Vincenza Panico (Luigi), Dolores LaRosa (Fortunato) and Josephine Folgore (Vincent) as well as a host of other loving nieces, neohews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 20th from 4-8 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 am at Assumption Church, 91 W. 23rd St. in Bayonne with entombment to follow at Woodbridge Memorial Garden.
