John J. Frey Sr. – a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 26th 2016, he was 74. John worked as an analyst at Paine Webber for many years and also worked security at Bayonne Hospital before retiring. John was the beloved husband to Birdalee McCay-Frey and the loving father to Thomas Frey of Orlando FL. and to John J. Frey Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Succasunna, NJ. He was also the cherished grandfather to Hunter Frey also of Succasunna. A private cremation was already held. A memorial mass will be held for John at a date to be determined at St. John's Byzantine Church in Bayonne.
