Jose "JoJo" Luis Burgos III, of Bayonne, gained his wings on March 27 ^th 2021. He was born in Bayonne on December 18 ^th , 2001, the beloved son of Ivette Ocasio and Jose "Joey" Luis Burgos Jr. A lifelong resident of Bayonne, Jose attended Mary J. Donohoe and graduated from Bayonne High School in 2020, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team.

Jose is survived by his mother Ivette, sister Genessi, brother-in-law Bryan and nephew Adriel, grandparents Carmen and Steven, aunt Gladys, uncles Justin and Jose "Petey", and cousins Justin, Jose, and Anthony, as well as close friend and mentor Gary Elam.

Jose is also survived by his father Jose "Joey", his wife Genesie, sister Anisa, brothers, Carlos, Chester, and Jacob, grandfather Jose, aunt Lorraine, uncle Will, and cousins Kyle and Kayla. He was predeceased by his grandmother Elvira.

Jose leaves behind many family members and close friends, including Dion, Ayvan, Ayvalise, Tavion, Julian and countless others.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 1 ^st , 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00pm, at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Boulevard, Bayonne, NJ 07002.
