Jose Antonio Maceiras passed away peacefully on February 23, 2021.  Jose was born in Lira, La Coruna Spain on March 12, 1928.  He was a resident of Bayonne, NJ and Kenilworth, NJ until his passing. He was predeceased by his loving wife Maria in 1987.

Jose is survived by his 3 children including his son Joe Maceiras and his 2 daughters Josephine Sieira and Mary Maceiras.  He also leaves behind his 4 loving grandchildren Roseann Sieira, Maria Gonzalez, Manny Sieira and Michael Pineiro.  His extended family also includes 4 Great-grandchildren who he adored (Zachary Emory, Angel Gonzalez, Ava Gonzalez and Gabriel Sieira).

Jose was at his happiest when he was surrounded by all his family.  His quiet smile brought a joy to all around him.

Visitation will be from 4 PM to 7PM on Thursday, February 25 ^th at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.), Bayonne, NJ 07002, (201) 436-5500.  A mass Funeral mass will take place 326 Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ 07002 10 AM on Feb 26 ^th at Saint Mary's Star of the Sea Church, located at 326 Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ 07002
