MELENDEZ, Jose Luis, 70, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Friday December 6th, at the Bayonne Medical Center. Jose was born in Canovanas, Puerto Rico and has lived in Bayonne for many years. Jose worked in construction for Garden State Commercial Services, in Linden for many years before retiring. He was a beloved husband to Mercedes (nee:Rodriguez), a loving father to Confessor, Edna, Brenda, and Jackie. Cherished grandfather to Daniel and Ivie Severino and Jamie Roberson A dear brother to Rico, Chuito, Johnny and Gladys Melendez. Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 10th from 7:00 to 9:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd,(at 33rd), Bayonne. Interment will take place in Canovanas, Puerto Rico.
