Josefa Lago (nee: Gomez Senande) - of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 29th 2022, she was 94.  Born in Lira, Carnota Spain Josefa was a professional seamstress and lived as the devoted wife of the late Juan Lago.  She was also the beloved mother to Josephine Rama - Lago and her husband Antonio and to John Lago and his wife Jennifer, the cherished grandmother to Rosita Miranda (Marcos), Vicki Hayward (Dave), Johnny Lee Lago & Julianna Lago; and the loving great grandmother to Sabrina & Andre Miranda and Caelyn & Alexander Hayward.   Josefa was pre-deceased by all her siblings and her loving daughter Florentina Lago and surviving her is a host of other loving family members and dear friends both here and in Spain.  Visitation for Josefa will be from 4-6PM on Friday December 2nd at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on at 10AM on Saturday December 3rd at St. Mary's Church in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9AM.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in N.
