Joseph Arrigo - a lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away with family by his side on Thursday October 2nd 2014, he was 86. Joseph was an Officer and proud Veteran of The Korean War, an active member of Carpenter's Union Local #6 and was Construction Inspector for over 20 years at The Bayonne M. O T. Joseph was the devoted husband to the late Olga (nee: Nicaretta) and the loving father to Robert and wife Lisa, Philip and wife Dr. Cindy and Joseph and wife Karin. Joseph was also the beloved grandfather to PJ and wife Toni, Michael and wife Susan, Joseph Arrigo, Taylor Arrigo and Alisa Czachowski, as well as being great grandfather to Edan Meir. Surviving Joseph are his sister Fran LaPelusa and in-laws John Nicaretta & Frances Nicaretta. Visitation is Sunday October 5th from 2-6 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday October 6th at 9:30 am at Assumption Church, 91 W. 23rd St. in Bayonne with friends and family invited to meet at the funeral home beginning at 8:30 am. Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
