Joseph Patrick Dempsey – of Bayonne passed away unexpectedly on Saturday December 16th 2017, he was 54 years young.  Born in Jersey City,  Joseph was the loving son of the late James and Loretta (nee: Tolino) Dempsey and was the beloved brother to James Dempsey and his wife Debra and to Mary Ann Bennett and her husband Patrick.  Joseph was pre-deceased by his uncle Joseph Toscano and surviving him are his aunts & uncle Toby & Elaine Tolino and Bridget Dempsey, his nieces & nephews Brendan, Kaitlyn & Connor Dempsey and Patrick James Bennett, cousins Edward, Michelle, Nicole (Gary), Stephen, Toby & Amanda (Norman), as well as a host of other loving family members and close friends.  Visitation for Joseph will be Wednesday December 20th from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass for Joseph will be celebrated on Thursday December 21st beginning at 11 AM at St. Vincent's Church, 979 Avenue C in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 10 AM.  Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City, NJ.
