DeTura, Juanita (nee: Barreiros) - of Bayonne, passed peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, May 19th 2023. She was 92. Juanita was a woman who adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as the many trips she took with her family and friends throughout her life.  She was the devoted wife of the late Frank A. DeTura, loving mother to Nick DeTura (Janice) and to Annette Brennan (Pat).  Juanita was also the beloved grandmother to Matthew DeTura (Kathryn), P.J. Brennan (Daiane), Morgan DeTura-Nordmeyer (Adam) and Daniel Brennan-Johnson (Evan), and the cherished great grandmother to Owen & Jonah. She is survived by her sister Dolores "Lola" Maratta, devoted and loving niece Rita D. Maratta & nephew Dominic Maratta, as well as her friend Joyce Tuzzo. Visitation will be Monday, May 22nd from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday May. 23rd at 11AM at St. Andrew's Church, 125 Broadway in Bayonne. All are welcome to gather at the funeral home at 10AM. Interment follows at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.   In lieu of flowers, please donate in Juanita's memory to the St. Andrew's Food Pantry with envelopes made available at the funeral home.
