PRONTI, Judith M., 74, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday May 26th with her family by her side. Judith was born in Scranton, PA. and has lived in Bayonne most of her life. She worked as a Banker for First Jersey Bank then Bayonne Community Bank. Judith was a beloved wife to Richard, a loving mother to Danielle Palermo (Jake), stepmother to Richard J. (Marta), Daniel D. (Kelly), and to Joseph M. (Lisa). Cherished grandmother to Alyssa, Joseph, Nicholas, Nick, Anthony, Daniel, Eliana, and Leandra. A dear sister to Stanley Ogozalek (Anna), and Eugene Ogozalek (Amelia).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 30th from 3:00 to 7:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd) Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Wednesday May 31st at 9:30am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne, with family and friends welcomed to gather at the funeral home beginning at 8:30am on Wednesday. Interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City
