Julius DeRosa Jr. – a lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Monday March 26th 2018, he was 87. Julius was a proud veteran of The US Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Bayonne Fire Department for many years before retiring. He was pre-deceased by six of his siblings and surviving Julius are his other siblings Lino DeRosa and wife Claire, Robert DeRosa, Rita Trebour, Diane DeRosa and William DeRosa and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Visitation for Julius will be held on Wednesday March 28th from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral prayer service will be celebrated on Thursday March 29th at 10:45 AM at the funeral home with all welcome to gather there starting at 10AM. Mausoleum entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in N. Arlington. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Julius' memory to The Wounded Warrior Project with envelopes available at the funeral home or with a link found at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com.
