CARRILLO, Karen, (nee: Nissle), 56, of Bayonne. Born September 21,1959, Karen passed away unexpectedly on Sunday morning April 17th at her residence. Karen was the beloved wife to Joe Carrillo for 34 years, loving mother to Joseph, Jennifer, Vanessa, and Mike. She was kind-hearted and generous to everyone she met, she was also a wonderful cook and fully devoted to her family. She will be greatly missed by loved ones and friends.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in Karen's memory, via the website https://www.gofundme.com/carrillofamily .  A memorial service for Karen will be offered on Saturday April 23rd at 1:00pm at New Life Church, 49 West 33rd Street (Avenue C), Bayonne. Cremation was private.
